The house has a 2500m2 large plot planted with ornamental plants and fruit trees. Rural and quiet, but not secluded, here you can experience Ibiza's idyllic Ibiza.
The picturesque village of San Carlos is only a few minutes drive away, as well as the bizarre coves and natural beaches of the north.
The house is furnished in a modern, Mediterranean style and equipped with the necessary comfort! The front 2 bedrooms have the same amazing sea view !!!! Living and dining room with American kitchen and 2 bathrooms complete the facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning.
Below the house you can comfortably welcome your guests, friends, ect. accommodate. The guesthouse is equipped with a coffee kitchen and bathroom.
Your Ibiza finca holiday is rounded off by the 300m2 private terraces and a private pool 7m x 3.50m with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a veranda with a fantastic sea view and panoramic views which invites you every morning for a leisurely breakfast in the open or for a group barbecue.
A gas barbeque is available for guests for barbecues. The house is also very well suited for a family finca holiday!
For guests with small children cot and high chair can be provided.

House Rules
No commercial use, no subletting, no parties.
Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.
Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.
In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.
Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.
The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Payment Policy
Please transfer / wire in time as we process other bookings in parallel and you may lose your reservation after the given date (maximum binding reservation period)! We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal & Credit Cards with an additional 4% fee. If you are transferring the money from abroad, please note that you have to pay the bank transfer fee additionally.
